Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche

is an all the world over known scholar and a master of meditation who belongs to the Karma-Kagyü-School of the Tibetan Buddhism. Under guidance of His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa Thrangu Rinpoche he was abbot of the cloister Rumtek in Sikkim and tutor of many renowned reborn Lamas. Today he is guiding cloisters and schools in Nepal and India and he regularity pays visits to Buddhistic centers all over the world.

At the desire of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Thrangu Rinpoche became the personal main teacher of the young 17th Gyalwa Karmapa Urgyen Thrinley Dorje, who lives after his escape from Tibet, occupied by China, in India and uses his influence like the Dalai Lama does for peace and understanding between religions.

A WISH FOR TO REDUCE NEGATIVITY

We are obliged to take care for and to protect this world,
the place that we humans call our home.
Thus why should we destroy any source of prosperity
of our world without any reason?

May the truth of all Buddhas of the ten directions help
to end off all such confused actions.
May the attitude of Love and Compassion increase
and spread abroad over the whole world.
